QuickCropper.com belongs to HK WEBTECH of Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Using the site means you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you use Quick Cropper for a company, you are accepting them on its behalf. Not okay with them? Then please do not use the site.
Tools are added and improved all the time, so what each one does may change.
Every tool on Quick Cropper costs nothing and shows no advertisements. A few extras, such as the order summary in the label crop tools, ask you to sign in with a free account. We may change, add or retire features later.
You must be 18 or older. Sign up with your real name, email and mobile number - both are confirmed with one-time codes - and keep them current. Your password is yours to protect, and anything done through your login is your responsibility, so tell us quickly if you suspect someone else has used it.
You own whatever you upload. You let us use it only to run the tool, support you and improve Quick Cropper, as our Privacy Policy describes. Because labels carry your buyers' details, you must be entitled to use them under your marketplace's rules and the law.
Always double-check before dispatch: addresses, barcodes, SKUs, quantities, invoice numbers and print size. What you print and ship is your responsibility, and so is keeping your own copies of important files.
Quick Cropper has no link with, and no endorsement from, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, GlowRoad or any courier. Their brand names appear only so you know which labels a tool reads. When a marketplace redesigns its labels, a tool may need an update before it works properly again, and we cannot answer for marketplace decisions or for the separate terms of services we use.
Reviews you post may be shown on the site under the name you gave. We read them before publishing and may refuse or take any down. Ideas and feedback you send can be used to improve Quick Cropper without payment or credit.
The site, tools, code, design and text are HK WEBTECH's property. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the tools as intended - not to copy, change, resell or reverse engineer them, except where the law permits.
Quick Cropper is offered "as is" and "as available". Downtime for maintenance, updates or problems beyond our control can happen, and we cannot promise every result will be perfect or that the tools suit every purpose. Our Disclaimer goes into more detail.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or sales, marketplace penalties, wrong or late deliveries, returns or lost data. Because Quick Cropper is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is nil. Liability that the law does not allow us to limit is not affected. You agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees, if a claim arises from your breach of these terms or misuse of data.
You may stop using Quick Cropper whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or block access where these terms are broken, fraud or misuse is suspected, or the law requires it.
Indian law governs these terms. Talk to us first if something goes wrong; if it cannot be settled, only the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat may hear the dispute. Updated terms will be posted here with a new revision date, and continuing to use Quick Cropper means you accept them.
