Quick Cropper is free and has no ads, and we want it to be just as clear about your data. Here is, in plain words, what happens to your files and details when you use our label crop and PDF tools.

QuickCropper.com is run by HK WEBTECH, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. When this page says "we" or "us", it means HK WEBTECH. These rules cover every Quick Cropper tool - the Amazon label crop, Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart label crop, Meesho label crop, Shopsy and GlowRoad label tools, the PDF tools and the image, barcode and label makers - and sit alongside our Terms of Use.
Label PDFs, invoices and order sheets usually include your customers' names, addresses and phone numbers, so we handle them carefully and only for the job you asked for, for helping you if something goes wrong and for making the tools better. Each tool works a little differently:
Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho label cropping and Compress PDF run on our server. Your PDF and the finished file wait there briefly and are wiped in the nightly clean-up.
Amazon Seller Flex, Shopsy, GlowRoad, the other PDF tools, PNG to SVG and the barcode, QR code, shipping label, price tag and thank you card makers run in your browser. A copy of what you used - and for some tools the result - goes to our server so we can help with support questions and spot bugs. It is wiped in the same nightly clean-up.
Lock PDF and Unlock PDF run in a private folder that is erased the moment your file comes back, and passwords are never stored or logged.
Photos in the Image Resizer stay on your device; we only note that the tool was used, with the file name and size.
Please only upload files and customer details you are allowed to use.
Which tool, the options picked, file name and size, page or label count, success or error, time, browser and system, app version and your account if you were signed in.
Full name, email, mobile number and password, with the email and mobile confirmed by one-time codes.
Name, stars and text, shown publicly on the tool page once approved.
Name, email and message from the contact form or email.
Standard request details such as IP address and browser, used to keep the site running and safe.
To run the tools and your account, answer your questions, fix errors, see which features sellers use most, stop abuse and meet our legal duties. We do not sell any of it, and we never use your files for marketing.
We share only what each service needs: Google Analytics for visit statistics (see the Google Privacy Policy), email and SMS services for codes and replies, and our hosting providers in India. We may also hand over information when the law demands it, to protect users or our rights, or if the business changes owner - and this policy would still apply.
Connections use HTTPS, server and database access is limited, files are cleared nightly and passwords for locked PDFs are never kept. Even so, no online service is perfectly secure, so avoid uploading files you are not permitted to share and keep your login private.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 - and the GDPR or California law if they apply to you - you may ask us for a copy of your data, to fix or complete it, to delete it or your account, to withdraw consent, or to name someone to act for you. Email us from your account address; we try to answer within 30 days. Some records may have to be kept by law.
Quick Cropper is a business tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we learn we have.
If we change this policy, the new version will appear here with a new revision date. The policy is governed by Indian law, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Questions, data requests or complaints go to our Grievance Officer at HK WEBTECH, Rajkot, Gujarat, India - email moc.repporckciuq@ofni or use the contact page.
