Quick Cropper is made by HK WEBTECH in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. We test our tools on real marketplace files and update them often, yet no automated tool is perfect and marketplaces keep changing. Treat every result as a draft that you check, and treat our guides as helpful tips rather than official rules.

Marketplace Names and Logos

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, GlowRoad and the couriers named on this site are trademarks of their owners. Quick Cropper is not connected to them and they have not approved it - their names simply tell you which labels each tool understands. They can redesign labels or change seller rules at any time, and a tool may misread a new format until we catch up.

Before You Rely on a Result

Scanned, edited, password-protected or unusual files can confuse any tool. Spend a minute on this checklist before printing or shipping:

1. Count the pages - every order present, none repeated.
2. Read the address, phone, AWB or tracking number on a few labels.
3. Compare SKU, quantity and variant against the order summary.
4. Scan one barcode and one QR code with your phone.
5. Print a test page at 100% scale on your real label stock.

Shipping mistakes, returns or marketplace penalties caused by results nobody checked are not our responsibility.

Notes on Individual Tools

• Label crop tools read sorting details, order summaries and invoice matches from the text inside your marketplace PDF; if that text is missing or odd, so is the result.
• Barcode Generator draws barcodes for numbers you supply - official EAN or UPC numbers must come from GS1 or your marketplace.
• QR Code Generator encodes exactly what you type, so confirm UPI IDs, links and Wi-Fi details first.
• Shipping Label Generator is for your own self-ship parcels; acceptance is up to your courier or post office.
• Price Tag Maker prints the prices you enter - setting the correct MRP is your job.
• Compress PDF trades some image quality for size, and how small a file gets depends on its content.
• Unlock PDF works only with a password you already know, or on files that open without one - it is not a password cracker. Use it only on your own documents.
• PNG to SVG, the Image Resizer and ZPL to PDF depend on your source file, and websites and printers have their own rules for size and format.

What Stays With You

Your products, listings, packaging, labels and invoices, the rules of every marketplace and courier you use and the lawful handling of your buyers' details all remain your responsibility. We do not keep your files long-term (see our Privacy Policy), so save your own copies.

Uptime

The tools come "as is" and "as available". Maintenance, updates, marketplace changes or outside problems can make them slow or unavailable, so leave some margin before an important pickup.

Outside Links and Reviews

We link to marketplaces, couriers and other sites for convenience but do not control them. Reviews on Quick Cropper reflect each writer's own experience, and your results may differ.
