Common Label Sizes

• 4 × 6 in (101.6 × 152.4 mm) :

  The standard shipping label used by Amazon and most couriers.

• 100 × 150 mm :

  The metric version of the shipping label, almost the same size.

• 4 × 4 in and 4 × 3 in :

  Smaller shipping and product labels.

• 2 × 1 in and 3 × 2 in :

  Barcode and product stickers.

Print Density Matters Too

The same ZPL looks different at 152, 203, 300 or 600 dpi. Shipping labels are usually written for 203 dpi printers.
