Dispatch day on Amazon runs smoother when every parcel is sorted and accounted for before the courier arrives. Quick Cropper's Amazon label crop tool builds pickup sorting and an order summary right into your label workflow.
When Amazon sellers are handling high order volumes and strict fulfillment expectations, a disorganized stack of labels means wasted minutes hunting for the right parcel at pickup time. Sorting labels by pickup batch keeps your dispatch table organized and your courier partner moving quickly.

Print the sorted batch and hand it to your courier partner.
With Amazon Easy Ship, a delivery associate collects your packed orders from your location within a scheduled time window. The associate scans each parcel before taking it, so the faster you can present the right parcels, the faster the handover. When parcels are packed and stacked in a planned order, the associate can scan them in sequence and you avoid the common problem of a parcel being left behind or picked up late because it could not be found in time.
Keep the printed order summary in your hand during the pickup. As each parcel is scanned, tick it off on the summary. When the associate finishes, every line should be ticked. If any line is not, you know immediately which order was missed and can find it before the associate leaves. This simple step prevents late shipments, which can affect your seller metrics and your chances of winning the Buy Box.
Remove the parcel from the stack and mark it on the summary so it is not handed over. If the labels are not printed yet, remove that order's page from the PDF with Rearrange PDF first.
Process orders that arrive after the batch as a small second batch, with its own summary. If you would rather print everything together, join the two label files with Merge PDF and crop them as one batch.
If the pickup is missed, keep the stack and summary together for the next scheduled pickup.
Check any order with an address change before handing it over.
Can I use pickup sorting with Self Ship orders? Yes. The sorted labels and summary help with any courier you hand parcels to.
Does the summary include SKU details? Yes. It shows the SKUs and quantities in the batch, so you can check packing as well as handover.
How often should I create a new summary? Create one for each batch you print, so each pickup has its own clear record.
Can two people handle the pickup together? Yes. One person hands over the parcels in the sorted order while the other ticks each order on the summary, which makes large pickups faster and more accurate.
Should I keep old summaries? Yes. Keep them for a few weeks so you can confirm when an order was handed over if a customer or Amazon asks about it.
A sorted stack of labels and a clear order summary turn a chaotic dispatch table into a five-minute job. Try Quick Cropper's Amazon pickup sorting feature before your next big dispatch.
